Norwegian Epic

The Norwegian Epic cruise ship is one of the most recognisable vessels in the fleet of Norwegian Cruise Line. Delivered in 2010 from the STX Europe shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France, she entered service as part of the Epic class. Unlike many cruise ships, NCL Epic cruise ship does not have a true sister ship which makes her design distinctive within the fleet.

The Norwegian Epic cruise ship weighs approximately 155,873 gross tonnes and carries around 4,100 guests at double occupancy with more than 1,700 crew onboard. Over the years she has undergone refurbishments in 2015, 2020 and as recent as May 2025 to update public areas, introduce new dining concepts and enhance The Haven luxury enclave. Today, the NCL Epic cruise ship primarily sails on seasonal itineraries in the Mediterranean during summer and the Caribbean from Port Canaveral in winter, alongside occasional Transatlantic cruises.
