For the silent types, it’s a great place to read, but if the roar of the ocean is more your soundtrack, the library is a great place to find a good read to borrow and devour, al fresco. Bring ‘em to Lip Sync Battle™: Carnival, an on-stage adaptation of the hit Paramount Network series, aboard Carnival cruises. This series of competitions throughout your vacation is designed to see who’s got what it takes to truly channel their inner idols and make the crowd go wild. You’ve got what it takes, but we don’t expect you to do it alone. Fight your way to the finals, where we'll provide the props, music, lighting, choreographers and even backup dancers to elevate your performance. But the attitude — superstar, diva, rockstar — that is all you. So get up there and work it, twerk it, give it all you got. And if you’re crowned the Lip Sync Battle Champion, you’ll get to pose with the coveted LSB belt and take home an exclusive gift!
IMAX
To compare the IMAX® experience to “just seeing a movie” is like calling a Carnival cruise “just a vacation.” It sounds right… but experienced folks know better. That’s why stepping into the IMAX Theatre you’ll find on a Carnival cruise is more like taking a brief escape from life. On the other side of the amazing screen you’ll find a world of first run Hollywood blockbusters, recent hit films and IMAX documentaries, all in a huge format that makes normal theaters look like your smartphone screen. And the only place you’ll find IMAX at sea? On a Carnival cruise. Action!

Comedy clubs on land… well, it’s kinda funny. Nobody likes paying cover charges, and you know that two-drink minimum? They’ve gotta be joking! You won’t find either of these at The Punchliner Comedy Club™ aboard your Carnival cruise. Up on stage you will find some real pros who know how to wedge a little laughter into anyone’s evening. You can count on these comedians to not hold back either. Since some of them get up and say exactly what’s on their mind, we also schedule family-friendly performances… so the only red faces in the audience are from laughing a little too hard.
Tip: We’ll say it again — The Punchliner Comedy Club features some shows that are family-friendly and some adult-only. You can choose which ones you attend! To help plan your evening, check the Fun Times — it’s delivered daily to your stateroom.
Thrill Theater
We’re supposed to be quiet at the movies, right? Well… that might be a little hard at Thrill Theater™. Here, the action doesn’t just stay on the screen — it makes you a part of the experience. You’ll laugh, you’ll cheer… you know, you may even scream a little. It all starts with state-of-the-art 3D video effects, but moves into even more dimensions — feel the wind in your hair, a light splash here and there, plus your seat even gets in on the action for total cinematic immersion. You know, it almost feels like going for a roller-coaster ride… in a small theater. Throughout your cruise, you’ll notice that we’ve scheduled a variety of showings — some features help bring out the laughs from kids and adults alike, while others draw out the awe with epic inspiration. And for the adults (and the almost-adults, 17+) you can even get your thrills with a side of chills… that tingle in your spine might not be your imagination.

Get up and get down at the most happenin’ club in the Caribbean. Our DJs are spinning today’s hottest hits and yesterday’s retro jams, guaranteed to get you out of your seat and tapping your feet. (Hey, that rhymed!) Whether you’re doing the robot or the worm or just swaying to the music, you’ll want to dance ‘til the sun rises. Or at least ‘til last call. (Some people are born with all the right moves, but the rest of us need a little instruction to smooth the sharp edges off of ours. That’s why you’ll find a host of free dance classes that sail along with you!)
Deal or No Deal
You know the game show with the briefcases stuffed full of money, a big red button and a mysterious banker phoning in deals? Yep, you’ve seen it on TV… and now you’ll find it on your next Carnival cruise. When it comes to Deal or No Deal at sea, there are actually TWO ways you could win — and only one of them is reserved for the lucky contestant up on the stage! It works like this: buy a game card (or save money by buying two), and each card you hold gives you another a chance to be randomly selected to take the stage and play the fan-favorite game of eliminating briefcases throughout the rounds for a shot at $1,000. But even if you’re not selected, you’re still in the game — matches on your game card let you move up the prize board. (And up to $5,000 goes to lucky cardholders in the audience!) Of course it’s 18+ to play, but everyone’s welcome to watch the fun from the studio audience. Deal?
Mega Deck Party
If a deck party has the power to bring together friendly rivals BlueIguana™ and RedFrog®, you can imagine what the Mega Deck Party can do for vacationers like you! Your cruise features 80s Night, so when the sun goes down you know things are gonna get bad… bad meaning good! The fun starts with a Playlist Productions™ show and, since everybody just wants to have fun, features an evening of themed parties that will have you wondering if the ship’s, like, sailing back in time. Just in case we do hit 88 knots, wear your hair big and we’ll up this journey to the max with DJs spinning some righteous tunes from the heyday of music videos, one illin’ 80s dance contest, plus a class to totally teach you how to bust a move. The fun on a Carnival cruise may start at sunrise, but that doesn’t mean it comes to an end when the sun goes down. On one night of your cruise, your cruise director will be throwing a White Hot Night Party… and you’re invited!
