Ambition might be smaller than some of the mega-ships out there, but it never felt cramped — even at full capacity. With numerous spots to relax, unwind, and enjoy the views, it struck the perfect balance of sociable and serene. One standout was the crew — warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel at home.
We stayed in an Inside Cabin and were pleasantly surprised by how functional and roomy it felt. There was plenty of space and storage, making it a practical and comfortable base for the duration of the cruise. 
Our favourite place to relax? The Spa. With two saunas, a steam room, and a quiet relaxation area, it was the perfect spot to escape the chill. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the saunas provided stunning ocean views — and we were even lucky enough to spot dolphins on a sea day. Best of all, spa access is included in your cruise fare.
The dining experience on Ambition was a highlight. Our favourite meal was served in the main dining room — a tender roast lamb leg, with ratatouille and potato gratin. For an extra treat, surf and turf was available at a small additional charge.
Choosing a favourite dining venue was no easy task:
One area where Ambassador Ambition really shines is service. In the theatre, for example, drink service was impressively quick — no long waits or queues. Staff came to our seats and delivered drinks within minutes, making the entire experience feel smooth and relaxed.
We sailed during a "Battle of the Bands" themed cruise, which featured The Rolling Clones and The Beatles Experience. The Beatles tribute had everyone up dancing — a night to remember! The silent disco was another unexpected highlight — a hilarious, joyful experience for all ages.
